I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a lovely location, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a spacious balcony to relax on. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided.
My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The location was pretty good in proximity to the beach. However it was far from the city center of Cannes. The owners were nice.
This was not a 4 star hotel (like it said on Booked.net) and also right on the front of the sign, which was why we stayed there. At best I would say it was a 2 star property. The place was very run down. It could be much nicer with a little TLC. Paint was chipped, plumbing fixtures broken, Electrical fixtures pulled away from the ceilings, floors were gritty, no shower curtains, so the floors were dirty, furniture was dirty.

The hotel has a nice big pool and is also quite near the sea. There is a separate kitchen in the room, which we found great.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a lovely neighborhood. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to the city. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a pleasant outdoor space. The hotel also offered a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Within walking distance to the beach, the room was very good and fully equipped for self cooking. The pool is large and clean, staff is helpful and friendly
We had a little trouble getting our keys the first night (late arrival), but it was quickly sorted out and for compensation we had a batter room than the one we booked!

The reception staff went out of their way to help with any questions and were always available and friendly. Although there was no restaurant the hotel offered good value and complete privacy as the location is not in the bustle of Cannes. I loved the fact that each apartment had a private garden area and the pool was amazing. Cleaning was done every day of the rooms and no cheap short cuts I.e having to buy your own toilet rolls and bin liners...The rooms also have a dishwasher (dont forget the tablets!). Free wifi was great! I have already booked my next flight and will return to Le Rivage again in July!

This hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to nearby supermarkets and a breathtaking walk to the beach alongside the river. The view from some rooms is also a plus. The breakfast is decent and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is located beside two inland waterways, about half a mile back from the sea and is pleasant. It is obviously a perfect location for families with young children. Nice garden and great swimming pool. Friendly atmosphere and feeling that it is run as a family business.
The room we had was a bit basic but it was inexpensive. We saw other rooms which were clearly better but not available.

Good pool and pool area. Helpful, very pleasant receptionst who made us feel very welcome.
Mosquitos made evenings outsde impossble. No amount of anti-mosquito formulas kept the critters at bay Iinside or ouside the room. Accommodation was functional, but why no shower curtain and kettle?! Could have a few more untensils, cutlery, glasses etc.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, the location to the beach at Mandelieu, and the helpfulness of the staff. The parking was also very convenient, and we were able to easily walk to the nearby Lidl super market.
No negatives from this place.

Romm was big and comfort. Location was good but a car is needed. Very nice for families with kids of all ages. Very expensive!!! However this was the last rooms I could find at that time.
It is too expensive for this kind of hotel. It is not code enough to the beach or the closest city .

Stayed at this hotel during Xmas and I must say they had decent Christmas decorations set up. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and offered a variety of dishes to choose from. The location was great as it was close to the city center and easily accessible with public transport. , the room had a nice view of the city and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony.
The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, they weren’t willing to assist or go the extra mile for guests. The room amenities weren’t up to the mark, the bathroom was outdated and the carpets had stains.

Great location only 15 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach, 10 minutes walk to a few resturants, pool is lovely however think they may have the chlorine levels wrong as the white parts of our costumes went green! Kitchens have everything you need and more, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Lovely place, would definatley stay there again.
Would have been nice to have been informed about the building work that is going on, they start at 7.30am in the morning with their diggers!!!
